participate in our network programs. Please keep in mind that benefits differ,
and you may not have coverage for care from all providers on our list. (For
example, your employer's program may provide vision benefits and another
employer's program may not.) So it's a good idea to review the information in
your benefits handbook to confirm what care is covered under your plan.

make sure these listings are accurate; however, additions, deletions and
changes may occur. You can verify a provider's status by calling
800.633.2563, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Our local BCBSD
Provider Directory is also available
here in Adobe Acrobat (.PDF) format for you to print out. Please keep
in mind that changes made after the publish date will not appear in the printed

You've chosen to look for an out-of-state provider. The Blue Cross
and Blue Shield Association maintains a national provider directory on its Web
site, featuring providers from every state. Our health plan members can use
this directory if they live outside Delaware, or if they are away from home
and in need of medical care.
When you get to the directory, you will need to choose your
network. If your member card has a "PPO suitcase" on it, choose the PPO
network. If your member card does not have a suitcase on it, choose the
traditional network. If you're still not sure which network to choose, please
contact your company benefits coordinator or your health plan.
