Subscriber and Community Commitment in Delaware
BCBSD has announced a proposal to voluntarily invest more than $45 million, over the next ten years, to help control health insurance costs, improve the local health care infrastructure, and enhance the quality of life for Delawareans, pending approval and closing of our proposed affiliation with Highmark by year-end. Pharmacy Program Changes
BCBSD is modifying our preferred drug list, or formulary, effective July 1, 2011. As a result, some drugs may be categorized differently or require prior authorization.
